| Description | Handspun singles cotton; twined warp ends. Long rectangular warp ikat shoulder cloth constructed in two sections and hand-sewn at one selvedge. Symmetrical patterning centred around a main band depicting three pairs of confronting deer on dark blue ground, flanked by three pairs of confronting horses on red ground. Patola ratu centre panel displays stylised bird motifs on dark blue. Predominantly cream with blue or red accents |
