| Description | Homespun singles cotton, hand-woven and hand-sewn. Long rectangular textile worn by men, constructed in two sections joined at one selvedge. Four narrow protective bands at each terminus. Central band displays four four-armed patola motifs in yellow and red against black. Flanking panels showcase four comparable designs, possibly depicting lobsters or scorpions. Separating sections are narrower bands decorated with waterfowl in yellow on red grounds |
