DescriptionTextile, warp ikat on woven fabric. Rectangular textile sewn together from 2 pieces along the selvedge. Warp fringing at both narrower sides. Warp ikat decoration in cream on a brown ground highlighted by 3 orange warp stripes per section. Several bands of larger motifs separated by thinner geometric bands. End bands contain a row of cockerels below a row of larger birds in opposing pairs. The next band contains serpents. The innermost band contains paired geometric motifs framed by star-shaped motifs
